About the Event
This is a 6 week course over 12 nights. Sessions are twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. It's ideal for beginner's or those returning to exercise. You will be using a tried and tested training plan from an enthusiastic coach in a fun and friendly environment.
You will be training with fellow novices. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.
There will be a finisher's medal for everyone who completes the 5k in the final session.
