Get Moving with Lucan’s Couch to 5K – Starting 23rd September 2025!
Ready to kickstart your fitness journey? Our 6-week beginner-friendly Couch to 5K course is the perfect way to ease into running – no experience needed!
What to Expect:
A gentle mix of walking and jogging, gradually building your stamina
Supportive group sessions in Griffeen Valley Park, Lucan
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm – 12 sessions total
