Have you always wanted to complete a 5k but are unable commit to a set time and day ? 

Well why not try a virtual option instead - run when it suits you ! Train around family or work commitments at a time and place that is convenient. 

You will be given a weekly training plan, tips, individual advice and a virtual group check in with the coach every Friday.


All you need are a pair of runners, watch or smartphone and a little motivation.
